it gets a little old to see it happen over and over again. a narrative or idea get’s thrown out there, you know right off that it’s brainless mud, and then everyone runs with it like hyper lemmings. you can imagine an orchestra conductor waving his wand as throngs of people fly off to the right and left in rhythmic harmony. your chin rests in your palm with the thought, ‘here we go again’. i can’t imagine being an avid TV watcher these days. its like being on acid
